Pavement – The Street Grittleton – Cllr L Palmer to contact Wiltshire Council Highways Engineer to progress repairs.
Emergency Plan – Meeting of volunteers to be arranged – Cllr T Attiwell.
Annual Parish Meeting – Councillors agreed to invite Bobby Van Trust & Sergent from Chippenham Neighbourhood Policing Team – Clerk to progress.
Planning system meeting - Cllr J Grandison – U Cllr J Atkey to progress.
Parish Steward – Noted that current monthly visits are suspended due to pothole duties.

7. PARISH PLAN
Parish Plan circulated and approved, final text modifications to Cllr B Mc Carron by 23 January. Plan will be published on website and communicated to residents.
Cllr B Mc Carron thanked councillors involved in preparation of the plan and recent residents survey.
Speeding Traffic – following recent traffic survey in The Gibb - B4039, Clerk to contact PCC to obtain details of Community Speed Watch, Cllr A Day to ask residents in The Gibb whether there is interest in a group being formed. Cost of a Speed Indicator Device (SID) to be determined.
8. CLERK & FINANCE

Grittleton Village Hall - £154.40 – Hire 2025
I J Plowman – £213.90 – Clerk Salary – December, January & expenses.
Accounts & Bank reconciliation circulated.
Precept, Councillors agreed to increase the Band D Charge per property by £3.00 to £18.00, which
on a Council Tax Base of 323.36 will give a precept of £5,820.48. Clerk to draft communication.
Budget circulated & approved with addition of IC registration of £52. General Reserves, following amounts allocated specific reserves to Election (contested) £5,000 and Speeding (SID) £3,000
9. HIGHWAYS, PAVEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY & OTHER ISSUES
Village Sign – Alderton Road, damage has been reported, Clerk to follow up when it will be repaired.
Clerk to contact Wiltshire Council representative re improvements to My Wilts App.
Grittleton Councillors to organise a village tidy suggested date 28th March.
