4.    MINUTES OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 19th MAY 2026

Minutes of meeting on 19th May 2026 approved &  signed by Cllr B McCarron

5. REGISTER OF ACTIONS

Water Elevator – Not yet reinstalled, Cllr J Brunt to action.

Bus Shelter – Quote Outstanding, Cllr B Mc Carron to action.

The Street Grittleton, Clerk to contact Parish Steward to progress reinstatement of pavement.

Sevington Parking Area, Cllr S Parker circulated her research regarding ownership, which indicates The

Neeld Estate. Cllr S Skinner arranging a visual inspection of the trees.

Grittleton Defib Replacement – Clerk to circulate cost of recently acquired Yatton Keynell defib.

Emergency Plan – Cllr T Attiwell to circulate details & costs of additional equipment required.

Parish Plan – The Street Metro Count, clerk will post summary to village website, Cllr B West to publish

the link to website on Grittleton whatsapp. The Gibb, Cllr A Day to make further enquiries of residents

regarding establishing community a speed watch group.

Notification of Pre Consultation – EE Telecom Mast Littleton Drew - noted

Appeals in Progress:

Combe Barn Foscote – Noted that a planning application has been  submitted, however, further information is required prior to validation by Wiltshire Council, once validated applications are published for consultation & determination.

Land North of M4 Littleton Drew – Noted that Parish Council recently informed Wiltshire Council Enforcement Team of observed changes to the site.

Planning Updates:

Leigh Delamere Solar Farm – No update

Lime Down Solar Farm – Cllr L Palmer to circulate draft of items which require response to applicant.

There is also a further consultation period until 21st August, regarding the recently submitted changes to the Development Consent Order (DCO).

PL/2026/03140 The Manor Barn Sevington – Tree works conservation area – No Objection

Speed limits, Wiltshire Council has published a revised policy, clerk to circulate.

Winter supplies, Parish Council have sufficient stock of grit at present.
