F1: THE MOVIE [12a] 

Ageing former Formula One driver Sonny Hayes [Brad Pitt] has spent the last 30 years living as a racer-for-hire, following a career-ending crash at the 1993 Spanish Grand Prix that has left him burdened by the failure to live up to his potential. After winning the 24 Hours of Daytona, he is approached by his former teammate Rubén Cervantes [Javier Bardem], owner of the struggling APXGP F1 team, who asks him to be their second driver. Rubén explains that unless APXGP wins one of the nine remaining races of the season, his investors will sell the team. Sonny reluctantly agrees after Rubén insists that victory will prove he is the "best in the world".

• Doors open at 6:30pm. First of 9 races runs at 7:30.

• Dinner is included in the entry price and is served after race 4.

• Cash bets are £1. The owner of the winning horse chooses a prize with a value of at least £30.

• Full bar: beer, cider, wine, prosecco, gin, vodka, soft and low alcohol drinks.

• Proceeds of race 5 will be donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association. All other proceeds go to Grittleton CC.

• Races are randomly chosen and are in sealed DVD boxes.
